Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Organic by Hala. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, consider checking your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Digital downloads, guides, or eBooks

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or delays. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please include your order number and a photo of the unopened item.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after placing the order.
After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Photo of the package

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
